Heifer International, the Mott Foundation, and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation have announced a groundbreaking multi-stakeholder partnership to enhance access to productive solar energy services in Uganda’s agricultural value chains. The project, named the Distributed Renewable Energy Ecosystem Model (DREEM) HUB, is a three-year initiative running from 2024 to 2026. In the early hours of Friday, July 19, 2024, Aramanzan Lutalo, 19, Tenywa Muzamiru, and Stephen Kalulu, 60, were attacked by unidentified individuals at 5 a.m. in Kyamagwa cell, Mafubira, Jinja City.
