Speaking to Busoga Today recently, Adonia Mafumo, the deputy RDC of Butaleja, said he received numerous complaints from the public about cattle theft in the last one week despite the existence of a the district. Mafumo says they have registered at least six cases of cattle theft in the areas of: Nawanjofu, Busaba, Mazimasa and Himutu sub-counties.
