Luuka District: Today, Tuesday marked a significant step in the distribution of Parish Development Model (PDM) funds in Luuka district as fifty-three individuals from Kiyunga ward in Luuka town council were flagged off to receive their respective allocations from the bank. Busoga, according to Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) statistics, has recorded the highest number of zero scores in the PLE and UCE over the last four years.
