    UPDF 2 Busoga United 0

Vipers SC stretched their lead on top of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League table after their 3-0 away against URA FC in Ndejje on Tuesday, April 12.

Skipper Halid Lwaliwa, Ceaser Manzoki and Yunus Ssentamu scored for Vipers’ emphatic victory, which takes the Venoms (as Vipers are nicknamed) to nine points clear of second-placed KCCA FC.

Vipers now 55 points from 23 games compared to KCCA’s 46 points from the same number of games.

The two sides (Vipers and KCCA) will meet later this week in a top-of-the-table clash in a rescheduled match at MTN Phillip Omondi stadium.

Meanwhile, Mbarara City FC defeated Police FC 3-0 and UPDF FC humbled Busoga United 2-0 in the other games played on Tuesday evening.
