The highlight of their innings came from Agaba Eddy, who blazed his way to 78 runs off just 52 balls. Muwanguzi Timothy and Mudola Ediga added quickfire scores of 37 runs off 19 balls and 22 runs off 9 balls respectively, propelling JACC to a defendable total.
In response, Africa CC struggled to build partnerships, with wickets falling consistently. Only Naveed Ahmed managed to make a significant contribution with 20 runs off 13 balls.

Buoyed by their morning success, JACC continued their winning streak in the afternoon game. Opting to bat first after winning the toss, they posted a challenging total of 169 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs. Puwata Ronald and Agaba Eddy again provided a solid start with scores of 18 and 42 runs respectively. Edwin Nuwagaba then took charge with an impressive half-century, scoring 71 runs off 42 deliveries, steering JACC to a defendable total.
In reply, Africa CC showed resilience early on with Kasujja Quraish and Tigatola Abubakar contributing 25 and 30 runs respectively. However, they struggled to maintain momentum after their dismissals, managing only 96 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
JACC’s bowlers maintained tight control over the game, with Baidu Ivan taking 3 wickets, Oyaga Sadam and Mudola Ediga chipping in with crucial wickets.
