The Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs has released a full list of 76 UPDF officers who were on Wednesday promoted to Major and Captain. The Commander of the UPDF Land Forces, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, on Tuesday deactivated his Twitter account after learning that it was being sabotaged by wrong elements.
