Senior Presidential advisor on Poverty alleviation in Busoga subregion, Florence Mutyabule has decried corruption among Ugandans, which she says has failed government programs. Jinja: Former Baba Television journalist, Rogers Kifubangabo, 32, has been murdered in cool blood in Budhumbuli (Bugembe) Jinja city. He was stabbed to death by the yet to be identified thugs who attacked him on Sunday night on his way back home.
