    Greetings from the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad, India!

    MANAGE is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Government of India and has a mandate to assist the State Governments, the Government of India and other public sector organizations in effective management of their agricultural extension management systems. The mission is to facilitate the acquisition of managerial and technical skills by Extension Officers, Managers, Scientists and Administrators in all sectors of Agricultural economy to enable them to provide the most effective support and services to farmers and fishermen for practicing sustainable agriculture. In the capacity of think tank, MANAGE has been offering services in training, research, consultancy, education and information services.

    As part of Management Education, MANAGE has been offering a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri-Business Management) [PGDM (ABM)], since 1996. This programme aims to prepare business leaders and techno-managers for careers in sectors related to agriculture, food, agri-input, agri-banking, retail, supply chain management, etc., and the programme has been well received by the industry, the academia and the student community.     MANAGE – PGDM (ABM) programme has been ranked as one of the best B-Schools in the country. The programme is ranked as 1st in Top Featured Sectoral (Agriculture) B-School in India. The MANAGE PGDM (ABM)’s highlights include strong industry interface, innovative case-oriented training pedagogy and student involvement in problem centric live projects. The programme has 100% placements and these include both national and international placements.

    In view of the aforementioned, we are writing this e-mail to disseminate information on admission of international students into our PGDM-ABM programme for batch 2024-26.

    You may be aware that it has been decided to enhance the number of seats from 100 to 120 from the year 2024-25 onwards in respect of the PGDM – ABM programme of MANAGE by admitting 18 international students.

    As such, in PGDM-ABM, there will be 102 students from India and the remaining 18 students will be reserved for the foreign nationals, Persons of Indian Origin, and children of workers in the Gulf countries. As per the extant guidelines of AICTE, out of these 18 seats, one third (i.e., 6 seats) will be reserved for the children of workers in the Gulf countries; and the remaining 12 seats will be reserved for the foreign nationals and Persons of Indian Origin. In case of non-filling up of the seats from these two quotas, seats may be allotted to NRIs in the last round of admissions.

    In view of the aforementioned, please find enclosed information on the admission of international students, including NRIs, into PGDM-ABM 2024-26 batch at MANAGE.
