    Busoga Kingdom’s Tourism Minister Namutamba attends Twegaite International Convention in the USA

    The minister for tourism and heritage in Busoga Kingdom, Owekitibwa Hellen Olga Namutamba, is in the United States of America (USA) for the Twegaite International Convention.

    Slated for May 24 to 26 2024, the vibrant annual tourism Convention is organised in Dallas, USA.

    The vocal minister will address and highlight the significant tourism opportunities in the Busoga Region as well as Uganda to the convention participants.

    “Are you interested in tourism opportunities in Uganda, Busoga in particular? Twegaite International Convention is pleased to welcome Hon. Hellen Namutamba. Minister of Tourism and Heritage Busoga Kingdom from 24th to 26th May 2024,” organizers said.

    This year’s Convention aims to forging connections and building bridges within the diverse community across the globe.

    “Join us as we come together to strengthen bonds, share knowledge, and celebrate our rich cultural heritage,” organisers stated.

    This year, the Convention is under the them; “Building bridges and connections to uplift Busoga region in Uganda.

    Namutamba is at the forefront of promoting tourism in the Busoga Kingdom. She has organised and conducted several initiatives that steer the transformation of the tourism sector in the region.
