Police in Jinja City have confirmed the apprehension of Latif Abdullah Mulondo, commonly known as Assassin, the ringleader of a machete gang terrorizing locals. Jinja: According to SSP Charles Nsaba, the Kiira Regional Police Commander (RPC), the region has recorded a decrease in crime rates.
